I found the plan very easy to work with and realised I don’t actually eat enough in a day!!!! I lost 6cm from my waist and 4 cm from my hips in 4 weeks! My clothes feel better too! Seeing friends at the gym for the first time in 4 months this week reminded me how well I’d done as apparently the change is very noticeable. The plan is flexible, nothing is banned and it’s so straightforward that if you have overindulged for a week or two on holiday, you can go straight back to it and know that you’ll get results. It teaches you good habits for life!
